Chef Natasha Burton of Mixed Fillings Pie Shop will show us how to make two scrumptious options: Leek and Gruyere Cast Iron Quiche and a Jack O'Lantern Pumpkin Pie with a Decadent Praline Sauce.

Local to Jacksonville: You'll be able to purchase a kit that will include all the necessary items you'll need to create the quiche and pie. This kit will be $33 and sold by Mixed Fillings Pie Shop. We are taking RSVPs via this event page and once confirmed, we will send you more information as to how to order, purchase, and pay for your kit prior to the event.
Outside Jacksonville: You don't have to be local to participate in this event! If you RSVP and indicate you are outside Jacksonville, we will send you a shopping list, so you can purchase items and bake alongside Natasha during this event.

Mixed Fillings Pie Shop was born in the kitchen of Chef Natasha Burton. Chef Natasha, has been a private chef to celebrities, professional athletes, actors, busy professionals and families.
Her successful career has brought her from Dallas, Texas to the city of Jacksonville, to share her delicious recipes, knowledge of sweets and to share her kitchen skills.
After spending childhood summers in the balmy Florida sun making her famous mud pies adorned with dandelions, our founder was inspired to go to culinary school. In 2019 her family made the decision to support her dream to relocate to Florida and open a pie shop.
Classically trained in French Culinary techniques at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Natasha has an affinity for all things handmade.
